The first summer pop-up pub is on Friday 16th June, Harlton Village Hall, 6pm-11pm. There will be local beer on tap, fun food to purchase, and entertainment. Update: Holy Schnitzels (https://www.holyschnitzels.co.uk/) will be serving their delicious schnitzels at the pop-up pub.
The next Hare and Hounds community pop-up pub is on Friday 19th May, 6pm-11pm, at the Harlton Village Hall. Food will be served by by PAPA, with grilled onglet steak, chicken and salad fillings served on a grilled sourdough roll. Fries and a vegetarian option will be also available. As always, we’ll have a range of local real ales complimented by wine and bottled beer.
The Pop-up pub on Friday 31st March was another fantastic evening with enthusiastic support from the village and beyond. A proposed purchase offer for the Hare and Hounds was approved unanimously last night at a meeting of pledgers. The proposed offer had been agreed between between the Steering Group and the owner of the Hare and Hounds following negotiation. The formal offer will be presented to the owner this week. Holy Schnitzels’ delicious menu for the pop-up pub next week is available. Food will be served from 6.30pm. We’ll also have a firkin of Zulu Dawn from the local Lord Conrad’s Brewery.
